Please Check all the boxes below to show that you confirm that you will provide the following as a Boiler at Crawfete

Four (4) Sacks of Boiled Crawfish (including the necessary seasonings, boil equipment and staff for cooking and serving the crawfish.
Any additional tables and chairs you will need (1 table and no chairs provided)

EACH PARTICIPATING BOILER WILL RECEIVE FROM BATON ROUGE EPICUREAN SOCIETY/CRAWFETE:

- One 8 Foot Table with table cover

- Designated Cooking Zone with water access

- Table Top Sign with your Company Name

- Four (4) Working Staff Wristbands

- 400-500 Serve ware for serving Dish to guests (plate, spoon or fork) - You are welcome to provide your own.

- Inclusion in all event marketing and promotions such as press release, social media, and more

- approval to promote Restaurant/Company's participation in the event

- Option to be included in judging competition at the event

400 servings of a Gourmet Crawfish Dish Including all necessary ingredients, serving equipment, necessary staff for serving the dish.

EACH PARTICIPATING RESTAURANT WILL RECEIVE FROM BATON ROUGE EPICUREAN SOCIETY/CRAWFETE:

- Opportunity for electrical access to cook (MUST CONFIRM WITH US)

- Table Top Sign with your Company Name

- Four (4) Working Staff Wristbands

- 150-200 Paper Food Trays for serving Dish to guests

- Option to be included in judging competition at the event

Marketing Permission:Do you agree to the following:

You approve to give Crawfete permission to include your company in event marketing and promotions such as website listing, press release, social media and print.
Crawfete approves to give you permission to promote your company's participation in Crawfete and allowance at the event to have marketing materials at your assigned location.
You will promote your participation in the event in your marketing tools, social media & in-store signage.
